An Associate in the Business Law Department, Emma qualified in July 2004, after completing her training contract with the firm.
Emma undertakes a wide range of company and commercial work. Most of her work involves the sale and purchase of businesses in all sectors of industry (including pre-pack administration sales), the restructure of groups and businesses and company compliance, including purchases by companies of their own shares.
Recent transactions include the sale of a large scale ornamental plant nursery, the purchase of a golf course, the purchase of a leading manufacturer of commercial and retail aquariums and the purchase from administration of a software company.
Emma also qualified as a Notary Public in 2008. As a Notary, Emma deals with the execution and authentication of documents destined for countries overseas.
