Mark O'Halloran has sixteen years' experience in international commerce, having originally qualified as a barrister in 1994. He joined stevensdrake in 2001 to establish its Media & Technology practice, requalifying as a solicitor and becoming a Partner a year later.

Prior to joining the firm, he was the European General Counsel for Tokyo Electron Ltd, the world's second largest manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment. With a wide range of clients in the creative, beauty and technology industries, Mark has extensive experience working on cross-jurisdiction deals in Europe and the US.

Mark regularly advises multinational clients in the semiconductor, oil pipeline, software and consumer hardware industries on contractual and corporate matters, particularly specialising in intellectual property and competition law. He is also committed to working with start-ups and new businesses, most recently joining the team supporting a new technology for land-mine clearance.
