Wendy Wellinghoff qualified as a Barrister. Prior to joining stevensdrake, Wendy worked in a City firm advising banks, asset-based lenders and consumer financiers on insolvency and litigation matters.

She now specialises in all types of insolvency work, relating to personal and corporate insolvency. Wendy also has experience in prosecuting director disqualifications and is well placed to advise directors on the best approach when responding to a prosecution.
