*Our fast track service is based upon us receiving formal instructions from you no later than 31^st October 2023 for a leasehold purchase transaction, and by 13^th November 2023 for a freehold purchase transaction, and is subject to all parties involved in the chain being ready, willing and able to complete by 20^th December 2023. Our fast track service is an additional £500 plus VAT per transaction in addition to our usual fees. However, if it is not possible to complete your transaction by 20^th December 2023 and we are responsible for the delay, we will waive the fast track fee. Please note that our service does not include the following: new build purchases, shared ownership purchases, HMO purchases.
