The Family department, headed by Susan Jago, provides a comprehensive service dealing with the many issues that can flow from family breakdowns, in the most effective, yet sensitive way possible. The team specialises in all issues relating to family law, including collaborative law, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, financial settlements, domestic violence and family mediation.
The team offers appointments to suit, which can be early morning (8am) or evening (6pm) by arrangement.
The Private Client department, headed by Ian C Paul, specialises in wills, trusts, tax planning, contentious probate and trusts, administration of estates, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications.
