The Litigation department handles all kinds of contractual disputes. Expertise includes enforcement of management 'buy out' agreements, acquisition and disposal agreements and high value warranty claims. We also have extensive experience in consumer credit matters working with our Debt Recovery department, Insolvency and Corporate Recovery teams on credit cards, car loans and vehicle leasing.
We also act on corporate fraud matters, enforcing director' duties and pursuing contractual obligations against employees. This work combines a cross border element, through our contact and management of foreign attorneys, to ensure asset recovery outside of the UK.
