 What does this seminar cover?

 We will tell you (almost) everything you need to know about the big changes to employment laws in 2014.  We will also give you a ‘heads up’ on what you can expect from 2015.  In particular, we will cover:

• developments in discrimination laws;
• recent changes to TUPE;
• the expansion of the right to request flexible working;
• the introduction of shared parental leave;
• new problems with calculating holiday pay; and
• an update of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.

 Why should you attend?

2014 has proved to be yet another eventful year, with a number of significant developments to our employment laws.  As the dust begins to settle and a clearer picture emerges, now is the perfect time to come together with others from the local business community to reflect on what has happened so far and prepare for what is yet to come.

Details:

This event will take place on Thursday 27th November 2014 at the Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel.  Registration commences at 8:30am and the seminar starts at 9:00am.  Tea, coffee and a bite to eat will be provided.  The event will finish at about 10:30am.
