We are currently looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience to join our experienced team of private client specialists.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, conducting a full and varied caseload of work for new and existing clients, including the preparation of Wills, deeds of variation, trusts (including dealing with the Trust RegistrationService) and powers of attorney, as well as dealing with estate planning and administration, tax returns and calculations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a smart, approachable and personable Solicitor to join our Business Law team. The role will involve handling a mixed caseload of commercial agreements and contracts including disposals and acquisitions.
Qualification requirements
The level of caseload requires a Solicitor with atleast 2 years relevant company commercial experience. You must be able to work effectively within a team whilst be ambitious, with relevant quality experience and a commercially astute manner, able to market themselves and the team, and looking to establish themselves and develop their career.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a family Law specialist to join our team. The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Department and will enjoy a varied caseload.
The candidate will have existing experience of handling all family law matters, including divorce, separation, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, children issues, cohabitation issues and pre/post-nuptial agreements. They will be comfortable running their own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision. Some advocacy experience would also be preferable, although not essential.
