Paralegal - Private Client team

Job Type: Full-time or part-time, permanent

Salary: Market rate

We are currently seeking a paralegal to provide support to lawyers working in the Private Client team.  The role would be suitable for someone who has completed their law degree and/or LPC/CILEX or is considering the SQE route to qualification, although this is not essential.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an interest in Private Client law, with some knowledge and experience of Wills and Probate.  The successful candidate will be expected to work in a busy fast-paced department.  You will have the ability to manage your own workload, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and use your own initiative when supporting the lawyers in your team.   The successful candidate will be assisting the team in the preparation of Wills and powers of attorney, as well as undertaking other tasks associated with estate administration.

Family Lawyer

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Market rate

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a family Law specialist to join our team.  The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years’ PQE.  The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Department and will enjoy a varied caseload.

The candidate will have existing experience of handling all family law matters, including divorce, separation, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, children issues, cohabitation issues and pre/post-nuptial agreements.  They will be comfortable running their own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision.  Some advocacy experience would also be preferable, although not essential.
