We have experience with Directors Disqualification Proceedings and are able to defend directors in such proceedings and/or to negotiate the best possible settlement where disqualification is inevitable. stevensdrake can advise on all insolvency and corporate recovery issues, of which funding and restructuring are often integral parts. The team also has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners in litigation and investigation, as well as the recovery and disposal of assets. We have acted in a number of claims against professionals for recovery of large sums.

Our aim is to maximise recovery, whilst ensuring cost is proportionate. Our team of specialists regularly advises creditors on taking and enforcing security as well as advising on methods to protect their position before and after a debtor becomes insolvent.
