Employment Law

stevensdrake is delighted to invite you to a FREE Employment Law Update Seminar on Tuesday 19November 2013

at the Ramada London Gatwick Hotel. What does this seminar cover? We will tell you (almost) everything you need to know about the big changes to employment law in 2013.  In particular, we will cover:

  •     recent changes to unfair dismissal laws;
  •     developments in the law relating to settlement agreements;
  •     changes to the Employment Tribunal system and what they mean for employers;
  •     the current furore regarding ‘zero-hours’ contracts; and
  •     planned changes to TUPE and discrimination laws.

Why should you attend? 2013 has proved to be yet another eventful year, with a number of important changes to employment laws.  As the dust begins to settle and a clearer picture emerges, now is the perfect time to come together with others from the local business community to reflect on what has happened so far and prepare for what is to come. There is a lot for us to get through, but we will make the process of getting bang up to date as painless as possible. Details: This event takes place on Tuesday 19 November2013

at the Ramada London Gatwick Hotel.  Registration commences at 8:30am and the seminar starts at 9:00am.  Tea, coffee and a bite to eat will be provided.  The event will finish at about 10:30am. Places are free but limited. To book yours or request further details, email us at employment@stevensdrake.com
