Traditionally, lawyers charge for their services by reference to an hourly charge out rate, depending on the experience and seniority of the lawyer concerned.
Our team’s normal hourly charge out rates are currently:
We will set out and obtain your agreement to who in the team could be working on your matter and their rates in advance.
In addition to our fees, you will also pay any disbursements that are incurred as the matter progresses. “Disbursements” are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as barristers and court fees. We will advise you of what disbursements will apply and how much they will be so you can budget for these as the case progresses. We will obtain the funds from you to enable us to pay them on your behalf (which ensures a smoother process).
