I started my career in insolvency in 1993 with a creditors meeting which adjourned to a greasy spoon café in Baker street when instructed by a large US corporation to investigate the loss of $1m and the transfer of large sums off shore. Initially my workload was a mix of Commercial litigation and insolvency but quickly became insolvency focussed acting for Insolvency Practitioners and creditors. Moved from London practice where I worked for more than 10 years before taking up a post as partner in charge of our recovery and insolvency department in 2001 specialising in Insolvency work.
From NZ originally, I spent a year ocean sailing before settling in the UK. Keen on most sport, especially Americas Cup and rugby.
